Will my jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Every piece is made of 316L stainless steel, finished in a thick layer of 18K gold or a bright silver finish. It won't fade, tarnish or turn your skin green, and the steel is hypoallergenic, so it's kind to sensitive skin.
Can I wear it in the shower or the sea?
Yes. Our jewelry is waterproof and sweatproof, so you can shower, swim and work out in it. To keep the shine at its best, rinse it with fresh water after the sea or the pool, and put it on after perfume and lotion.
How do I find my size?
Every ring has a size guide on its product page, with US, UK and EU sizes. Rings can fit a little differently per design, so always check the size guide of the ring you choose. Most necklaces adjust from 16 to 18 inches, and most bracelets come with a 5 cm extender.
What if something happens to my jewelry?
Every BYAYA piece comes with a 2-year guarantee. If it breaks, tarnishes or fades with normal wear, we'll replace it for free, shipping included. Just email support@byaya.com with your order number and a photo.
When will my order arrive?
Most of our pieces are made to order, just for you, which takes 5 to 7 business days. Pieces that aren’t made to order ship within 1 to 3 days. After that, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship worldwide to 30+ countries, including the US, UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Australia and across Europe.
Shipping costs depend on your country, and you’ll always see them at checkout before you pay.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
No. Wherever you are, the total you see at checkout is all you pay. There are no import duties, taxes or other extra costs when your order arrives.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Personalized pieces are made just for you, so we can't take them back or exchange them, unless something is wrong with your piece. Pieces without personalization can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging. Read our refund policy for all details.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
We start on your piece quickly, so changes and cancellations are possible within 6 hours of ordering. Email support@byaya.com with your order number and what you'd like to change.
